Is it safe to order online at Frost NYC Jewelers?
All order on Frost Nyc Jewelers are secured with a SSL certificate, which guarantees safe transactions without risk of data tampering.
How do I know on the site whether the jewelry has real diamonds or CZ (Cubic Zirconia, diamond imitation).
All jewelry with diamonds has a clear description of diamond carat and quality. We only use the highest standard of diamonds. If the jewelry has CZ in the piece, then it is clearly stated in the product description.
Is your jewelry and diamonds certified?
Any jewelry over $500 will be provided an appraisal upon request which can be submitted to any Insurance Company for insurance purposes.
Are all watches you sell authentic?
Absolutely, we only sell authentic watches which come with a lifetime warranty.
Do you do custom orders?
We specialize in custom orders as well as we own our own manufacturing facilities and thus deliver the best pricing, GUARANTEED.
Where do your diamonds come from?
We source our diamonds from around the world as we have close relationships with various Sight Holders in the industry. By buying in large quantiles, we are able to pass along the savings to our customers.
Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies?
Absolutely Not! We All customer information is 100% safe. We don’t sell or share any of our customers’ privileged information.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept wire transfers along with Paypal. We currently provide financing options through our partnership with Affirm.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees which include labor and raw material. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our return policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Custom or customized jewelry are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund as these items cannot be restocked.
Do you provide layaway or financing?
Through our partnership with the leading online financing company Affirm, you can qualify for instant financing. All products have a monthly breakdown of payments in the product detail page. We also have a NO-CREDIT REQUIRED option with ACIMA that is available as well.
Can I return an item?
We stand behind a 100% money back guarantee program. We offer a risk free retail environment, so rest assured, buy with confidence and you can always return it for a full refund. All refunds will be refunded to the original payment used to place order. Some Restrictions apply.
1. Orders over $3000 will incur a 20% restocking fee as they are all custom orders
2. Watches that are sold as pre-owned are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Can discount codes or promotional offers be combined?
Unfortunately offers and discount codes cannot be combined. If multiple promotional offers are presented by Frost NYC, customers much choose one to apply to their order.
Warranty & Life Time Maintenance?
Because we stand behind our products, we provide lifetime maintenance which includes tightening any loose prongs and replace any missing stones. Just give us a call and we will guide on the steps to have your jewelry sent back to us for the free maintenance. Please note customer is responsible for all shipping costs when sending items back to us. There will be a $30 USD shipping charge when shipping repaired item back to customer.
Upgrade Policy?
We offer a lifetime upgrade policy for all your watch and jewelry purchases. The upgraded item(s) have to be approximately 2 times the value of the original purchase. Custom products are not eligible for upgrades.
Product Weights?
All product weights can be found in the product description, product title or above the price. All weights are approximate as all jewelry is hand made and no two pieces of the same jewelry will ever be the same weight.
Shipping FAQ's
How long will it take to receive my order?
At the checkout, the consumer has 3 options for delivery. Overnight, 2 day air and free 5-7 business day shipping. All orders ordered before 2pm, will be shipped the same day as long as we have the item in stock. Please note that Frost NYC only offer free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping charges are not refunded in the event that an item is returned.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship to other countries as well. All international duties are handled by the customer in their respective areas.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, all orders can be shipped to a different address. Once an order is placed, our shipping department verifies the address and if everything is verified, we ship the package. If package is redirected to a FedEx facility or any other location other than the approved address, customer assumes liability for lost or misplaced packages.
What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery?
We ship strictly through Fedex. Once the package is created, we email the customer a tracking number for all orders.
What type of warranty do you provide?
All jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, where if any piece needs to get polishing or stone tightening, feel free to ship to us and we will fill your request. Please note the only exception to the warranty are herringbone chains.
Herringbone Chains and Ice Chains
* Please note that due to the delicate nature of this product it does not qualify under our lifetime maintenance policy and can not be sent back for repair.
Herringbone chains and Ice chains are not eligible under our lifetime maintenance program.
Herringbone chains and Ice Chains will not be accepted back unless they are in original condition, unworn, with tags and within our 15 day return policy.
